How to Place an Order

Ordering a product is easy. Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button located next to the product image. When you’re ready to complete your order, click “Checkout” from within your cart and follow the instructions. You may also complete your order by calling us at 01234 822843.

Payment Information

We take payment through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can use Paypal as a guest and can pay with your credit card, includingVisa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

Pay By Direct Bank Transfer

Selecting the Pay by Direct Bank Transfer option allows you to complete your order online then make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

To cancel or modify an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team at 01234 822843 or by emailing hello@coachhouseart.com. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our Returns page or contact us for alternate options.
