Free Delivery in the UK!
We offer free delivery on all prints and frames purchased through our website www.coachhouseart.com.
When will my order arrive?
When you checkout you will be given an estimated delivery date which is normally 4 working days for UK customers. We always try our best to meet delivery dates however they are only estimates. We will contact you if there is any delay. For the Highlands and Islands please allow an additional 48 hours.
What if I want my order more quickly?
If you require an order on a specific date, please contact our Customer Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01234 822843. We will always do our best, where possible, to respond to such requests.
How will you ship my order?
Coach House Art provides a fast and efficient despatch service. All orders are sent from the UK. Deliveries to UK addresses are sent either by Royal Mail (minimum First Class) or by courier. Limited editions, rare prints and frames will also require a signature on arrival.
Can I track my order?
Yes you will. As soon as your order has been booked in with Interlink you will receive an email or SMS notification of when your parcel will arrive with a tracking link. On the morning of your delivery you will receive another alert – this will advise you what time your parcel will arrive. You can also click on the ‘follow my parcel’ tab, this lets you track your order as it is on its way!
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time within 24 hours of having placed the order. After this your order will be in production and we are unable to accept ‘Order Cancellations’. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of having placed it, simply send us an email to email@example.com with ‘Order cancellation’ and your order number in the subject line and we’ll cancel it straight away.
Can I return my order?
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to return your product(s) within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days.
You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
Will you replace damaged goods?
Coach House Art will replace all damaged goods. However you MUST check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from artrepublic. Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our Returns Poilcy.
